The Al-Jazeera story is falling apart. There seems to be absolutely nothing backing it up other than the words of one shady guy, who recants all of it. Kinda disappointing, not only because it was a good story, but also because I've lost some respect for Al-Jazeera America, which tends to be a lot better at this whole journalism thing than the US-based networks.

i wouldnt be surprised if pit/cle moves to fox to be the main game with nyj/buf on cbs. same goes for the afc south shtein.

MIN/GB is SNF as expected, TB/CAR and OAK/KC were moved to 4:25, NYJ/BUF and PIT/CLE stay at 1

if you properly vet chip I don't know how he gets hired in this league next year...unless he completely hoodwinks you in interviews and says he will change many of his ways...but forget how bad of a game coach he was...he was way worse in how he handled a locker room and related to nfl players....not to mention his horrendously bad player evaluation

if I was tenny....id wait it out and if he gets no HC offers then bag him as your OC to work with mariota....I don't know if chip would consider that a slap in the face to go from president to coordinator and take it but that would be perfect for them and chip could rebuild his rep and make memories of his eagles tenure a little hazier and come back for a HC job in a couple of years

it makes sense on paper for chip to be oc somewhere...specifically tenny. but

1) will chip's ego allow him to do this
2) will a new head coach actually hire him as an oc

really even as an offensive coordinator hes been pretty terrible...hed have to change there as well...I think he has the football mind to become a good one but when other teams know your plays before you run them and your entire offensive playbook fits on a small play card you cant be considered good

you don't even have to take a deep look into chips tenure here to see that he sucked in every single area...

1. player relations - he kept a zesty racist on the team and dropped pimp with the made up gang garbage

2. locker room - from on the record stuff like boykin saying he wouldn't look any players in the eye...to shady saying he doesn't know how to talk to people to the culture bullshtein...to all the off the record stuff Stephen a reported and d gunn is now reporting

3. preparation - it started last year with other teams knowing what plays he was going to run to this year where they got merked in almost every 1q

4. in game coaching - he actually cared more about the number of plays he ran than the score...it took a little less than a year for the league to catch up to his pace and once that happened he had nothing within the games to come back with....oh he also was going to punt on 4th and 2 down 20 with 8 minutes left Saturday

5. player evaluation - where do we even start...worst ive ever seen...obviously hes not going to be a gm in his next life but a coach still is a voice in the war room and the coach is the player evaluator in practice and on game days with the roster he currently has...hes terrible in every area

with all that who the farg would hire him in any nfl capacity?

You forgot to mention Cary Williams basically telling him to farg off by not showing up to  mini-camp. Granted, Williams is awful, but within a month or so of being hired, we got our first glimpse of how veteran players might react to him.
