i think it comes down to their pass rush.  if they go all blood lust rape festival like they did yesterday on rodgers then i think they win.  if they give him time i think they get embarrassed.

I'm afraid the Packers offensive line isn't as terrible as the mannequins Carolina stands in front of Cam.

The man. The myth. The legend.

QB Eagles

Based on the money lines that are out there, the Eagles have about a 30% chance of winning. I'm confident that Vegas has the odds closer than CF does, so I'll go with that.

It opened at 7 on sports book prior to the Eagles playing.  Most places had it not listed and after the Eagles game opened it at -5 per vegasinsider.

So I guess imaginary numbers come into play?

You can run all day on that Packers defense. If Shady doesn't show up in this one, especially if it means relying on Sanchez throwing the deep ball in the cold, the Birds are farged.

no doubt.. and rodgers is probably more mobile than cam at this point anyway and craftier in the pocket.  but whether they resemble the pass rush of earlier in the season or from monday night and the giants game is basically going to be the game.  those DB's can't hang with anyone never mind rodgers getting in a groove.

packers are rockin these johnsons on sunday but with an all yellow helmet

i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

SD

Those Packers throwback uniforms just don't look right without leather helmets.

The Eagles midnight green is horrible. Nike finally unveils their version of the midnight green and it's a tealish green disgrace.

yeah i love them with the brown helmet but with that ridiculous nfl rule they cant use them

what I like - Eagles are tackling well. the D has really tightened up well there, converting pressures to sacks, reducing RAC and even able to get a stop in short yardage.

what I don't like - Sanchez needs to get more zip on the ball, especially on the outs. He was lucky not to throw a couple of pics last week. Also the QB-C exchange. Kelce is still not right, lucky not to have had a couple turnovers there as well.

what I hope - the D can keep getting to the QB. Probably their biggest key to a win given the assumption that Rodgers should torch the D. Also hope the ST can somehow pull off another huge play.

99% of us on this board had this as a loss from the minute we saw the schedule.  I just want the birds to show up, give title town Pack a game, Sanchez to take a step forward and give us some hope down the stretch run, the Secondary to have a pulse and shady to shut the world up and peel off a few beauty's.

Rodgers may be due for a dud but it ain't happening today.

Most of the country has written off the Eagles in this one but I give them even chances. Rodgers can beat the Eagles but that doesn't mean the rest of the team can.

I'm thinking this could be one of those "team with the ball last wins" kind of games.  In order for that to happen though, Sanchez has to play turnover free and Shady needs to be effective, if not dominant.

Yeah, GB can be had in the run game but I'd actually like to see a little more of Sproles and Polk running, especially later in the game.
