im trying to come up a list of players to be excited about for the 2nd half of this year and 2015 and this is what i have

pretty much...its a horrible list but its literally all they have. now that pettibone is hurt 100% of lehigh's rotation is castoff journeymen. thats despicable. outside of biddle (who cant throw strikes) they have nothing at AA.

its gonna be interesting to see how much rube sells off. because really: jimmy, utley, choke, ruiz, byrd, lee, burnett, kendrick, hamels, hernandez, papelbon and adams should all go.

not all of them will (jimmy's 10/5, hamels probably not), but this could be an epic firesale.

i dont believe for a second roob will do an epic firesale, but i do believe he will start moving some parts around. hes said as much before the season...if he wont play well well change gears at the deadline, etc. he was fielding calls about people last year and this offseason. they begged people to take papelbon.

lee, burnett, papelbon and adams are the likely candidates to go. i dont see him moving utley or ruiz or being able to move choke. utley could get them a good amount--friendly contract and hes playing out of his mind

Utley has 10/5 rights and even if he didn't, last year's contract had a full no-trade clause. He's as likely to be traded as Jimmy.

After I busted two a couple years ago I stopped launching them. I got tired of calling DTV for a new one. Now I just bitch and moan and wish STDs and unemployment on various players and executives.
