i dont have a huge issue with 4th down....the 3rd down spot was way worse

and instead of reviewing it, Chip rushes into 4th down running from shotgun again. Awful

So many poor decisions in about 30 seconds of game time:

3rd and 1: stretch Shady outside.
Don't ask for a measurement or challenge, just line up and run another play.
Challenge a play where the ball is never visible.

If Chip was in 4 down territory (which he clearly was before 3rd down), that just makes the play call on 3rd down even worse.

They were both terrible spots.  Two in a row.  But the replay shows his entire upper body at the 25 not a full yard short when they only needed two inches.

They didn't need two inches though, that dude spotted third down like a full yard short.

it was like a half yard...but yeah def more than "inches"

watch the 3rd down play again....shadys knee never touches the ground and he puts the ball right on the 25 yard line....it was a disgraceful spot

The most frustrating thing is that the game is still in reach. The Vikings are terrible but Chip and the Eagles keep trying to put this one away for good.

This has to be the longest 3rd quarter in NFL history.
