If I could have voted for a tie, I would have. Only problem is you can't smoke legally and the older I get the more I don't want to take the chance of getting arrested, money for court, a lawyer, rehab which you'll have to go. And you still could go to jail. A judge gives you a year or whatever the max is for weed, you do thirty days and then have 18 months probation that cost 60 or so every month, plus the $ for drug classes you'll be going too. Don't pay or go to the classes? You violate and then do the remainder of your suspended sentence. Its a vicious cycle. Maybe half make it through probation. I'm at the point were I don't even want to ride down the road with it in the vehicle anymore. It's too easy to get pulled over for something stupid. Every cop is looking for DUI or drugs when you get pulled over, and you cannot, cannot, cannot hide the smell of the shtein they grow nowadays. Hell, some of it doesn't even have to be lit.
Weed laws suck, and I won't smoke rather than deal with the crap and also the stigma of being a drug addict that comes with getting arrested. It's not worth it.
