Had to be done, 91 is up next. The Johnson contract will seem less absurd as more OTs sign over the next few years. The cap is exploding. I'm sure they will try to get something done with Jenkins too but who knows if he takes the bait.

Probably smart to get the deal done before David Bakhtiari's new deal, too.

Also the way this thing has been structured, it's possible that his 2016 cap hit has decreased, I'm waiting for the breakdown. People are saying it extends by 5 years but it's actually $63 over 6 years since he had a year left and the new deal is replacing the old one. He's in the top five OTs for guaranteed money but not the highest.

this could end up going down as the single worst year in franchise history...very good chance they end up with a top five pick that will be used by another team in a draft the eagles will be hosting coming off a season in which the guy they traded the pick for didn't play a snap
