1. bahahaha no you didnt remember the team from 19THIRTY at all....you had no clue....i just said the 30TEES and you looked up one year in the decade...but apparently that's the team you remembered...lol

2. fyi there probably isnt a single player from the 30's who would even make the team today

Um... no.  I did remember the 1930 team with the great hitting and historically bad pitching (and note that I did say I looked up the individual stats).  Big baseball fan, history guy, read up a ton on the Phils, etc. 

I know that you believe everyone shares your complete ignorance, but that isn't true.  So this "lol" is on you.

Just basing it on lost velocity, I'm guessing there's an arm surgery in his future - whether a "clean-up" this offseason or something next year.  He was a mid-90s guy when he was good.  Right now he's topping off at 91 or so.

A strikeout pitcher who can't get strikeouts isn't much good.
