The Phillies offense is better than the Nats offense in nearly every category. The Phils obviously struggle up there but DC's offense flat-out sucks.

Did I hear right?  Nats shut out 9 times already?  Well with papelfarg on the mound there goes your shutout so 10 shouldn't be an issue.
