Actually I'd say it is believable because of how stupid they got with their pricing. It warms my heart a bit when I see these owners get the shaft from fans because they tried to rape their pockets for big ticket money.

I don't know, they can usually charge whatever they want. Think it has more to do with a whole generation of fans who have never witnessed a mediocre team before.

yeah the new york metro area probably has almost 15 million potential yankee fans...no way with that kind of depth money has anything to do with this many emptys

its way to empty to blame on money...with the amount of emptys there you could walk up and get a 10 dollar seat with ease...i think the biggest factor is not the cost of the seats but the stadium in general...theres definitely a new stadium backlash that has been prevalent since they moved...but yeah the fact that the team is a shell of itself right now has definitely exacerbated it

The weird thing with Zimmerman is that he seems to have some of that every season. It's not a sudden and permanent deterioration like with most yips guys. It comes and goes.
