I don't watch a lot of FSU games but from what I read of Manuel he has the tools to be a decent NFL QB. His big knock seems to be he forces too many throws which would drive me insane but 6'5 QBs with mobility don't grow on trees.

I wouldn't put it past Howie to draft him or to fall in love with his measurables, but he's a loser who chokes in big games.  Haven't we had enough of them to last a lifetime?
