I was about to stop watching the game last week because I needed to hang some things at my mother's house...and then Vick went down.  Once Foles was in, I was too.  It was fun for a while before it went to shtein.  I hope he does well Sunday.  I like the kid.

i dont have a problem with his carries...should he get a few more sure....but something no one is talking about and the much bigger problem is receptions...hes on pace for less than 60....he should be getting a lot more than that but the midget cant throw screens or really anything in the flat

one of the things ill be looking for this week with foles now the starter is to see if shady gets in the 5-8 catch range instead of the 2-4

It's actually funny you mention that, though, because I was thinking if Vick was the QB back in the day, Westbrook would have been practically useless.

I like him too! After all, he's big, he's white, and he went to Arizona, which happens to be my favorite state out of all the States. And he's white, did I mention that?

Thats a thought that had totally escaped me until now. I'm all for that shtein...but I still want to beat the farging taterskins.

If Reid is still coaching, the pick doesn't matter, so I'm hoping for losses to everyone.

What happens if they start winning with Foles is my fear.  I'd love for the kid to do well; the idea of a 6'6" gunslinger winning games gets me hard.  But goddamnit, Reid needs to go.

They might beat the taterskins, but it really shouldn't matter how many they win with the teams they'll be playing. Other than the last game against the Giants, Tampa is the only team they play with a winning record, and the Bucs probably finish around .500 and miss the playoffs. The Eagles could have had a pattycake schedule to make the playoffs from here if they were any friggen' good at all.

Anything short of a deep playoff run and Reid is gone regardless of what Foles does. It's not like they even have to fire him, his contract is up, so it's an easy out for Lurie to say they're going in another direction. If they finish 8-8 or worse which is highly likely how does Lurie answer to the press and the fans that he said "another 8-8 finish isn't good enough" then re-signs Reid to a new deal. Reid being gone is just an after thought. I see Reid going to the AFC and most likely SD.
