yeah i dont call him nick young i call him top gun

hes an unbelievably streaky player...once in a while hell look like kobe then or the next eight games he will take shots that would have made stephon marbury look intelligent

hes better than lou simply because of his size he can finish...he also can shoot off screens little bit something lou couldnt do at all...he should be their go to guy in end of game sets and will automatically give them a better option in those situations than anyone currently on the team but in general hes a dime a dozen player

Got all your bases covered here, I see.

ice grillin you

not really much to cover....he wont even be on the team in 2013

(From ESPN Rumors...)

Some believe that Philadelphia could pursue Ersan Ilyasova now they the 76ers have decided to use the amnesty provision on Elton Brand.

Milwaukee presented Ilyasova with a guaranteed five-year contract, apparently between $7-8 million a year, but Ilyasova believes he can get a better deal elsewhere.

Writes Gery Woelfel of the Journal Times: "Ilyasova told The Journal Times he wasn't particularly content in Milwaukee and would sign with another team that made a comparable or better offer than the Bucks."

The 25-year-old Turkish forward is reportedly seeking in the neighborhood of $10 million/year, and the Nets and Raptors are both rumored to have already extended offers. Cleveland and San Antonio are two others that are reportedly showing interest.

nick young can shoot the rock no doubt, but nowhere near the penetrator/finisher as lou williams. young loves to pitch a tent at the 3 point line and would rather do so then drive to the basket. its a wash or even a slight downgrade in my book.

ice grillin you

they shoot more or less the same amount of 3 pters...lou drives more because he has to since at 6'2 he cant shoot over anyone and cant shoot off screens so the only way he can create space is off the dribble

there certainly isnt a huge gap btwn the two and neither are difference makers but if theres two equal players ill take the 6'6 guy over the midget

doesnt really matter tho since neither will be a sixer 12 months from now

paul and ibaka

or dream scenario

paul and al jefferson

paul never in a million years would sign here

if they threw big money at ibaka and jeff...and you go jeru, et, ?, jeff, ibaka....maybe that could contend for a title? but it would hinge on et being an all star type player which is doubtful since he is a doofus nerd
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

ice grillin you

2013 would be
jeru
??
et
ibaka
al

i dont think it would depend on et being a superstar....rather what youd have to try and do is use iguodalas money assuming hes even gone in 2013 and acquire a LEGIT two....then youd have a pretty formidable lineup...the two spot may take another year to fill tho so maybe the projected lineup above is actually 2014

also keep in mind ibaka is a rfa next year but im assuming they will not keep him and harden so he will be available

but what legit 2 is out there or could be out there that could ice games for them?

what im saying is et and or jeru need to develop into someone that can do that. like chauncy did for the pistons. since et is a bitch i just dont see it, which leaves jeru.

pretty much this. not sure you could pick a guy in the league that's more similar to lou will.  i've seen games of his for the wiz when he looks like an all-star, but he'll also throw up shots that make you scream.

and even with the height advantage, young averaged less rebounds per game than lou will, so he's not going to bring anything like that.

but dude hit over 50% of his 3s in the playoffs, so he can make them when it counts.

suprised the CF iguodala hater crew hasnt said how undeserved and or sickening his olympic bid was

He is a destestable human being and the last person on earth who should be taking the last shot in a game. But, he is as good an on the ball defender there is and he can run the floor and finish a fast break in his sleep.

Easy to see why philly hates him and why he belongs on team USA, don't it?

not really because philly is normlly an intelligent sports city.....if they just hated him personally it would be one thing....but most people think hes a terrible player
