banner didnt low ball his young talent...he actually would slightly overpay them to get cheap years out of the end of the deal when the player would hopefully outplay it...which is pretty much what the eagles more or less did with kendricks

It's only four years. Kendricks won't even be 30 when the deal ends. If he's a perennial pro bowler, he'll get stupid money then. He's betting on himself.
