i just rewatched that last series in that game and whats maybe most unbelievable to me is the no unsportsmanlike call on nd because "they thought it was a score"....well so did the utah fans in that nutso game against byu earlier this year

especially with ND bunched up inside. And with it raining there the ballcarrier has the advantage when sprinting for the pylon

The farging Irish players were running off the field because he was stopped. It's a judgment call on the officials' part whether his progress was stopped. They made the call and that's the end of it.
