Not when you consider Miami is going to need money to sign Reggie Wayne if they get Peyton.  Plus Marshall is a classic locker room headache.  As talented as he is, there's no way Peyton would tolerate that.

Dude is a serious beast on the field. But, I forget that superbowls are won in locker rooms.

Wayne is going to be 34 yrs old this year-can barely separate as it is now. Marshall was Mannings only saving grace for that offense. I think this trade makes it even more clear that Manning is not going to Miami.

Bears get Marshall and I wouldn't doubt they scoop Mario Williams now as well to team up Peppers.
