I just can't believe they steamrolled Dallas by running the ball all over the yard.

What an awesome display of power football.  And Vick was ridiculous.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Most rushing yards allowed to a back by DAL since Warrick Dunn had 210 in 2000.

Shady had 185 tonight

Jordan's concussion was the only injury according to Andy

Sgt PSN

Vick - 28 pass attempts
Shady - 30 carries

I don't think I want Shady carrying the rock 30 times every game, but he needs to get 20+.

Maclin on Rob Ryan; "He ate his words tonight"

lol

BigEd76

Robinson minus that long TD: 4 recs, 33 yds
Bryant: 3 recs, 28 yds
Witten: 4 recs, 28 yds
Austin: 3 recs, 27 yds

Hell of a job by the secondary for all but that one play

Sgt PSN

Murray had a couple of big carries in the 1st half but they kept him in check early.  Once they got up 21-0, he was irrelevant.

if vick can continue his passing from last night (big if) and shady keeps being shady the eagles can run the table.

some of vick's passes were just beautiful.

Any chance we can lobby for 9 more bye weeks?

7 games in and the coaches finally realized that max protect on O and man coverage on d was the way to go to get the most out of their qb and corners.

They played great in all phases no question, but in no way can I get Gov rendell excited about this. Happy sure....but these kind of lopsided wins when the team has been looking like a pop warner club is either a a sign of great things to come or an aberration. I lean to the latter and so should the st louis rams fans.

I'm not saying they'll make the playoffs or are that great of a team but at least they're playing good football now. When I say good football I mean good fundamentals, tackling well, blocking well, not turning the ball over. The O-line was ridiculous last night.

One of the most impressive things the Eagles did last night was they'd start out in a pro set then the two people in the backfield would shift up to the ends leaving an empty backfield. Dallas couldn't adjust to this because the Eagles made the shift then snapped the ball. Disguising max protect is such an important aspect of the passing game.

IMO, the most impressive thing last night was the 1st series for the defense.  Offense just scored and Henery gives Dallas the ball on the 45 by kicking oob.  I don't think there was a person watching the game who thought that the Cowboys weren't at least going to get a FG out of it, especially when Dallas picked up a first down relatively easily with their first 2 plays.  Then the front 4 got to Romo twice and forced a punt.

The D stepped up in a tough spot to start the game and kept Dallas off the scoreboard and it was all downhill from there.
