Don't get me wrong.  I want Andy Reid and his bullshtein gone forever.   That's not going to happen unless he loses a lot.  They're never going to win the Super Bowl with him as the head coach, so rather than going through this freaking hell year after year, I'd rather just have one bad season with him, get rid of him, and get a real head coach, GM, etc. in there.

When and if Reid is fired (I believe he will retire before he even gets close to being canned) they will go get a yes man. I mean, they hired Reid who had never been a coordinator before and Lurie green-lighted the hiring of an offensive line coach as the defensive coordinator.

They'd go hire a nondescript guy or some re-tread who stunk at his previous stops(s). Probably someone like a Mike Mularkey

No, but the Eagles historically start slow and no one in the NFL is really head and shoulders above anyone else.  The Packers won the Super Bowl as the six seed, games in week 2 and 3 really don't matter.

and how funny would a gruden interview be. gruden would take the gig if not for management but during the interview hed farging walk out when banner and howie start reminding him who's boss.

i disagree that reid couldnt get fired...banner inc would never publically say so but i have no doubt when his current deal is up he will be gone without at least a sb appearance...on record they will say its a mutual decision or reid decided it was time to move on but it will be a firing

i also think there is a chance hes gone after this year....i have no idea what sarge is talking about with one lost season but even if it was its a completely different animal...you have the ridiculous offseason spending which raises expectations higher than ever before....you have the atrocious juany decision...and watch out if vick doesnt pan out and greatly regresses or is hurt all this season....reid is the mastermind behind the vick experiment not just in giving him the second chance but in promoting giving him the long term monster deal...if this season falls apart...lets say an under .500 record....it would not surprise me at all if reid was gone
