He's been all but invisible most games this season.

that would be a negative...hes on pace to hit or get right there with his best year ever in receptions and yards...whats missing and why you think hes been invisible is because hes not scoring long EXCITING touchdowns or a lot of touchdowns in general...this is why dallas' safeties were playing 40 yards off the line of scrimmage on sunday...thats what being the fastest guy in the nfl and putting up 200 yards against them the last time they played will do

Your about right, he's on a pace for around 56 recpts. and 1,000 yds., but only has 2 td's which is off what he's had the last two years, 6 and 9 respectively. He has an 18.0 avg. per recpt. which give him a high yardage total without the recpts. I would think looking at it that way he might not be targeted enough.

And really, who expected him to just match his avg. this year? Jason Avant has more recpts. than Pimp does.

Tomahawk

That're because Avant is a possession receiver whereas Pimp is the big play guy who draws coverage away from iceholes like Avant.

Pimp is great, Maclin is pretty farging good, and Avant is a nice 3rd WR

Don Ho

"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

Eagles get on top early, Bears have no answer to the pass rush, Forte gets his, but not enough to win it. McCoy continues to get a lot of work with the Bears playing safeties deep. Birds make another statement.

31-17, Eagles.
"The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.""  R.I.P George.

General_Failure

I can't decide if this game is too early for them to continue building that hope people had after last week, or too early for them to start crushing it. Either way, I'm picking them to lose again.

Eagles 28
Bears 31

Henery misses three field goals, and we all get in a joke or two about how glad we are they got rid of Akers.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Eagles - 27
Bears -10

Dont farging kick it to Hester and let the corners single up the slop at WR so the safeties can focus on helping with Forte.

reese125

Eagles 26
Bears 20

I'll be stunned if Cutler is not sacked at least 6 times with 2 picks to boot. Ill also be stunned if Forte doesnt get 150 all purpose yds.

The Bears are not a sacking defense what-so-ever, so Vick should have decent time here to throw. Eagles could probably scrap the every other play on max protect this week and get more guys out on routes exposing the Bears slower Lbs. The game plan should be total focus on stopping Forte as the corners should have the Bears very mediocre wr's on lock.

BobbyT

Carolina gave the Bears D trouble and the Eagles O 'should' be an upgrade
"And with 1:16 remaining this place is in a state of shock!"

Hawk

As I stated earlier,
Eagles 38
Bears 10

It's a new season... Eagles will continue to finish their drives with touchdowns, and put this game out of reach before Forte can get on track.  Cutler gets sacked 8 times and throws 3 picks.

hbionic

Eagles 52
Bears 22

4 Safeties in this game. All by the Eagles D.

Maclin and Jackson have 200 yards receiving each with 1 TD each as well. McCoy gets 150 on the ground and 100 in the air.

They're going to coin this game as 'The Chicken Broth' game...because of all the wild antics and shenanegans by Juan Castillo on D.

Hold on to your hats folks, this one's for the ages!

really proud of the lack of homerism the board showed this week...while all the familiar homer faces picked the eagles there were actually more people who picked the bears

How is it homerism when the Eagles have been heavy favorites at home, and slight favorites on the road in every game this season.

charlie

or more importantly... what difference it makes...to anyone...anywhere....ever??
