Borderline NFL Pro Bowl Center

lol

Considering that pro bowls are meaningless, I don't see how this is lol worthy.  He was an above average center who played on some really good teams and it's not like the league is littered with dominant centers, so it's probably not much of a stretch to say that he was borderline pro bowl material.

Anyway, he did his job fairly well.  I hope his brain isn't mush.

the intent of his post by referencing the pro bowl was to show that he was at some sort of very high level of play and dropped off to not being able to find a team...in fact if he literally mean a borderline pro bowl level...then his post makes no sense whatsoever

we all already realize that the pro bowl is a joke...so its a given now when people say pro bowl level they are in fact saying a player is one of the very best at his position....no one takes it literally...you dont hear people saying hes a borderline "all nfl" center so not to confuse others

at his very best jamal jackson was maybe top half of the league in centers

holy shtein, sportscenter just did a thing on mcnabb working out to get back into the nfl, talking about how great of shape he's in.  the shot of him working out in the ocean, dude has a legit gut now.  "being in shape has never been an issue for me".

and then passively at the end gets into how many nfc championships and pro bowls he's been to.

i don't even hate mcnabb and think some of the talk is tired by now, but jesus that little special was embarrassing.

Sgt PSN

Does ESPN feel like they owe him from the Limbaugh incident?  Why is he still a story?  He threw for 39 yards on opening day last year.  THIRTY NINE.  He's cooked.

Munson

Tim Tebow finished a game with 2 complete passes and they jerk off all over him. McNabb and his 39 yards is a goddamn hero!

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Problem is, last year Tebow won a playoff game with a 12 yard throw and a 68 yard run afc for a playoff win. Dmac had 39yds in the first game, or was it in a playoff game?

Thanks for catching my sarcasm.

ice grillin you

not only are you terrible at it but its 100% believable that you would think he was in the playoffs last year

and im pretty sure tebow got a little bit of attention before he beat the steelers

The attention might have been for the 4 or 5 games where he brought the team back and won in the 4th qtr. No one ever said he was a premier QB, but I think his leadership and determination (even with his poor throwing) deserved the attention to a point. The thousands that ran out and bought his jersey was laughable, but then again he is an outstanding role model for the kids.
