So Mike Patterson's condition is treatable and he will play this year. Apparently watching a Six Feet Under episode does not make you a doctor.

You are a douche. Did you read any of my other posts or do you just spew out of your ass for the fun of it?

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

The SOURCE is his agent again:

QuoteAgent: Patterson "very likely" to play this year

Mike Patterson's agent J.R. Rickert said it seems "very likely" that the defensive tackle will play football this year. Patterson is still awaiting the final word from doctors, Rickert said, but "everything that I'm seeing and hearing indicates that," Patterson could return to play this season.

Rickert said he and the Eagles would release a joint statement soon, likely next week, on Patterson's condition. Patterson is hoping to soon rejoin the team at Lehigh.

"All the medical reports that we both looked at have been very favorable and positive. We're just waiting for the doctors to make their final diagnosis, and their final treatment plan," Rickert said Friday.

Asked if Patterson could play this year, he said, "it's very likely that that will happen," but added "again, I'm not a doctor."

Patterson had a seizure at practice Aug. 3. The team has said the cause was likely an arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a tangling of blood vessels near the skull. Patterson, however, sought other opinions. He was recently back at Lehigh, looking and acting fine.

Watch sports videos you won't find anywhere else

Again, nothing different than what's been discussed. His agent has said all along that it was NOT AVM and as has been said 100 times already, if it is NOT, it's entirely possible he plays again this year. If it is AVM, there is not one dr that would allow him to play this season.

Yes, I did.  I weighed out your qualifying your earlier posts with how amazingly hilarious it would be if Patterson has AVM and will be perfectly fine.

I don't think this is worth a tizzy.

Well they haven't signed anyone in 72 hours so were all a little on edge.

Pretty sure the bottom line on ESPN last night said Patterson worked out with the team (no pads)

Patterson is practicing today. I guess that's better than him being dead or never playing again.

Also, turns out the Eagles could use some more guys with a low center of gravity in the middle of the defense.
