hes a zesty outfielder and probably never should have been in

its also brings up an only interesting to me and possibly J subplot of game 7 going up against a rather big night of high school football. suck it, texas.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

High School football will win out everywhere but the metroplex. And the people up there will be in the stands with earbuds in listening to the radio broadcast.

It won't matter in places like Odessa or bumfarg mcsmalltown.

Lance Berkman was the Cardinals' best hitter throughout this series.  He's also a lefty, facing the right-handed Feldman, after walking Pujols to get to him.  Not to mention that Pujols represented the winning run.  There were two outs.

Should Feldman have just pitched to Pujols instead?

Also, the Rangers twice had two outs and two strikes, and couldn't get it done.

Game 7 may be anticlimatic.  We'll see if the Rangers have some testicular fortitude.

Helluva game.  That's why baseball is still the best game to me.

Nah.  My biggest issue with that inning was having the defense play no-doubles.  Pujols wasn't going to score from 1st anyway...

I could give the left cheek of a rat's ass about Joe Buck.

You could tell he's been waiting to say it.

This.  Very seldom that I can say something positive about Joe's commentary, but that was pretty awesome.
