hes not a lost cause quite yet but he aint in a good place right now

It's one thing to hit like shtein and have a prolonged slump.  Even the greats do every now and then.  The concerning part is the missed fly balls.  Those were about as routine as it gets.

Poor guy.  Many on this board predicted his being called down was going to mess with his head.
