theyre not...you think a team who missed the playoffs and did pimp the way they did is a destination?....add in a monumental historical culture of losing and what do you got?....again im not saying people don't want to go there but lol at a destination place....honestly at the end of the day 95% of the time its about money no matter who the team is...I don't know that any team in the nfl could truly qualify as a destination place....its a stupid term in pro sports anyway...this isn't college recruiting....but is theres such a thing and all things were equal the eagles are probably right in the middle of the pack as far as "destinations places"...maybe top 3rd

I agree they're probably top 1/3. Big city, nice facilities, passionate fanbase. All things players look for. Hayes is throwing one of Howie/Chip/Lurie a bone with that piece. This isn't some magical place players dream of playing.
