I was wrong about the line.  I thought they were fair at best but they've been ridiculous the last month and a half.

O-lines need time to gel, this one is doing it at the right time. Johnson is a perfect fit for what Chip does. He still has a lot of room to improve, too.

They're also old so it's not like this group is going to be together very long.

Eagles/Bears flexed to the Sunday nighter

The Dline has a also been a nice surprise. Ced Thornton and Bennie are playing very well and look like seasoned veterans. Cox is having a good year too, especially for adapting from a 4-3 to a 3-4, and more of a 2 gap at that. He's better than what shows up in the stat sheet. Not bad for the youngest Dline in the league.

Makes me wonder if its the skillsets, or Chip hired the right guys to coach the young talent.

cox is having an all pro year

the offensive line is by far the biggest difference btwn last year and this year....all due to health.....of an approximately 1500 snaps this year amongst them the starting unit has been together on the field for 98% of them.....thats farging huge

their whole team is pretty much intact since training camp.  wolff has probably been their longest lingering injury.
