Lack of fan noise was caused by two things:
1.  Demolishing the Vet
2.  Raising ticket prices at the Linc

Wind turbines have nothing to do with that.

the vet was a library when they sucked.... difference was that even when the stadium was empty the people watching ie debauchery level was off the charts awesome...and i think people confuse that with noise.....i would say overall the vet was slightly louder but it wasnt even that noitceable much less a drastic difference....let the eagles start 7-0 next year and the linc will be rockin

the nfl (not lurie or any other owner) has directed teams to cut down on bad fan behavior....because of this....ticket prices....a ticket waiting list....and seat licenses....people arent nearly as willing to act stupid for fear of losing their seats and never getting them back...this is what has changed at the linc not the noise

as much as the crowd at the bank is cheesy it gets loud as farg for games.....and flyer tickets are expensive as shtein but the wock destroys for big games....you dont need poor dirty conservative troglodytes to make a stadium loud
