Nothing sends a message like firing your PR guy mid-season.

Why does it matter if he was a Banner guy or not?  He's a meaningless PR douche.  Besides, I didn't know that there was now some bad blood between Lurie and Banner that Jeff is going to fire all of Banner's people now.  That blog seems awfully gossipy.  Shocker, I know.

he knows how much the city despises the franchise right now and before he gets to the on product field in the offseason he is trying to make them more likeable in the community

If they went back to Kelly Greens fans would be so caught up in the hysteria that this nightmare season would seem like an afterthought. But, you know, the Kelly Green represents losing while the midnight Green has brought us to where we are today.

I can't find one Eagles fan who prefers the midnight Green to the Kelly Green. It should be an even easier fix now that Lurie doesn't have to consult his wife in regards to the teams fashion trends like those stupid bordered shoulders on their jerseys.
