Don't the Raiders break their own penalty record every year?

The man. The myth. The legend.

Rome

They won the game.  That's all that matters.

Not a great night from Demaris. Muffed a punt, and dropped a few passes... one, if not two of them on 3rd down.

watched the 1st qtr, then went out to play some tennis (hooray, physical activity), now watching the rest

these penalties are disgusting. port isabel juanny getting out coached and cant control his own players. good. good job.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Dennis Kelly is as ugly in uniform as expected.

Supposedly that freak show has had a rediculous camp.....so we'll have to get used to it.

Fine. Let him play LT then.

Know what's the most frustrating part, you can see the individual talent on the field, they just don't play well as a team. That starts with the HC and especially the DC. The stupid penalties are the topper for me, when you play sloppy like that it goes a long ways in showing the mentality of the team. I hope Reid blows up more because it might be the only way to get it through his thick teams heads. Enough with being a 'players coach', it's great and all when your old players gush over what a great guy you were to play for but I'd rather deal with an icehole like Coughlin/Belicheck who's bottom line is winning.

i'm not gonna get too upset about penalties in a preseason game. the main worry is vick not being able to last more than one series without getting an ouchie. we're lucky if he makes it to week 5.

best gruden line last night:

<brent celek makes a catch>
tirico: celek with the catch.
gruden: mike, i'm glad you brought up celek.

Even before Vicks rib injury, the play before where he scrambled and smartly dove head first he got up hurt dangling his right arm. He's officially or has been on the Westbrook eye after every single play and that's not comforting as a fan or coach-which means your career is just about over.

At this point I'd be looking to trade for Colt McCoy as experience in the WCO and push Foles. F Kafka.

i dont even care about the injuries...ill take my chances with that....i just want him to be good when he is playing...if he can have a big year they can win the superbowl

the brutal throw to mack on 3rd and 2 where he threw the ball errantly and a thousand miles per hour is what i remember from last night and was way worse than his dive or injury

i had somewhat of an epiphany last night after watching Vick and Foles.

even last year, it seems like the backup qb whether it be VY or Kafka was protected much better than Vick.  Vick is always running, scrambling for his life.  Last night was a perfect example why, vick drops back and as the ends start to rush he either backs up or he tries to scramble outside of them.  Last night Foles would drop back and step up into the pocket as your supposed to and the ends would be behind him.  I'm sure part of it is Vick's height and he probably doesn't feel real comfortable in the pocket but that's leading to his injuries
