I like the OC 1 year prove it coaches...they all want hc jobs again so they're all in. Not many oc jobs as enticing as the birds.

i like both, but one good season and any of these choices probably roll for a hc job.

what would you think of reich coming back? he's already been a hc twice, so there's not a good chance of him getting another shot, which would stop the yearly turnover of OCs.

the issue regardless of who the oc new is, is sirianni needs to be told to stay the F out of anything that has to do with scheme and/or playcalling.

there is a better chance of jalen hurts throwing over the middle than them hiring reich as oc, or anybody internal or from the sirianni family tree

the question is do they big game hunting for mcdaniel/stefanski knowing its a 1 year deal, or do they go for like daboll (who still has a lot of work to do to get a 2nd chance) or monken (too old to be a hc), etc.

i dont see them going after sean mcvays errand boy, theyd want a been there done that type of guy. the pipe dream is lincoln riley, but good luck there.

the giants, ravens, steelers and raiders jobs are good. the falcons isnt bad, its quite good if you love penix. the rest are garbage and for a retread youd be better off taking the bucs/lions/eagles OC jobs and waiting for a better one to open. aint no 3rd chances.

Bring Tua in as OC, shtein anything is an upgrade, like J said, Clorox the building of the Patullo crime scene and get someone with half a creative scheme in their repertoire.
