Just based on roster they are one of the bottom 3 teams in the NFL. Don't think they necessarily even had a bad offseason, they just are what they are in the first stage of a major blow up and rebuild. They've got 34 mill allocated to a QB on the Colts IR and most other money tied up in rapidly aging dudes.

Any of these would be a sign of hope:
- Smith looking really special (like future All Pro level special)
- the new guys outperforming expectations for the first time since 2017
- Hurts leveling up over what we saw last year and looking like a legitimate starting QB (not even necessarily a good one)
- new coaching staff appearing to know what they are doing

Feel like most likely we get one of those wishes at most. They're gonna be atrocious.
