Agree with this.  If he wants to stay, let him stay.  If he wants a job as a starter somewhere else, trade him (ideally after you've confirmed Wentz is on track).  You do right by the guy responsible for bringing you your first championship in 57 years.

Seems easier to sell the guy whose offense just scored a million points in the Super Bowl and made Nick Foles look like Drew Brees versus the guy who failed as a head coach a few years ago. Doesn't necessarily mean Reich would be more successful (Doug runs the offense as we all know), but if I was a Colts fan I know which hire would be more exciting.
