perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Alonso was hideous last year and Maxwell had buyer's remorse about playing in Philly before the ink was dry on his contract.

If they manage to get rid of Maxwell and Alonso AND get a higher first rounder out of the deal, it would be the steal of the century.

they arent swapping first round picks

Damn Howie ain't playing. Really hoping there's a restructure in there somewhere otherwise I doubt the compensation will be worth the cap hit.

Trading Alonso + Maxwell + Murray = ~$10 million in cap space and ~$9 million in dead money

From what's being reported both Maxwell and Murray restructured their deals.

I could be wrong about this, but wouldn't a restructure between, say, Murray and the Titans, have zero effect on the Eagles whatsoever? The Eagles are still responsible for the dead money from the old contract.

The Eagles only benefit from the restructure to the extent that no one would want to trade for the old Murray deal.

So... Any word on trade compensation? Rumors? Speculation? Come on nerds, this is your one use.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

QB Eagles

Probably bag-of-footballs level late round draft picks. Basically just cutting these guys in a way that doesn't kill the cap.

eskin said 4 picks coming back for max/kiko....so 4 picks arent coming back
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Eskin was using the "4" as "for" so he could fit his tweet in.

QuoteSources: #Eagles worked out deal to trade CB Byron Maxwell and LB Kiko Alonso to Dolphins 4 draft picks. Cant happen till Wed @FOX29philly

My guess is a 6th for Murray, a 5th for Kiko/Maxwell
