That was painful. I tried to count the drops, couldn't do it. Tried to count the number of times Bradford tried to get a receiver killed, couldn't do it. Same with interceptions, wide open drops, floaters dropped by RBs, and the number of times Matthews couldn't get an inch of separation on a slant.

In the Elway to Marino 30 for 30, it seemed like almost every player taken had a productive career (lots of HOFers). The Eagles draft pick holds the all time record for worst YPC (3.0)

Oh My God! Haddix was a #1 pick? WTF! I always thought he was the Eagles first pick in that draft but the birds didn't have a first that year and took him in the second. Marion Campbell, now there was disaster of a head coach. Chip's got some illustrious alumni of hacks he can now hang with at the alumni picnic.

The KC pick was even more disastrous because they took a QB. Imagine taking Todd Blackledge over Kelly and Marino. Even taking him over Tony Eason was a mistake.

you cant really compare them to a franchise thats been around for 15 seconds like the jags....but those teams are young enough where they still have time to shape an identity

the eagles identity as losers is well earned

eagles-browns-vikings-lions-bengals are in a special class of bad

If we're talking post-merger only, I'd argue the Falcons, Chargers, and Titans are worse. Cards too unless they win this year.

The Falcons been around the whole time, but barely even have any Hall of Famers.

the eagles have a multiple decade head start on all of those teams (except the cards, though nothing they did before moving to phoenix really counts)...and exactly...they have no idea identity. theyre just middling teams that fill out standings and schedules. the eagles, lions, vikings, etc. have one and it aint good.

in fact the eagles loserness is greater because theyre in a division with 1000 superbowls and they have 0 of them
