Seems like he'd fit their targeted profile.  Size and I don't recall character issues.  Depends on what TB wants back obviously but I don't think I can overstate the difference going from Cooper to V Jackson wouldn't represent on the outside - especially in the redzone where they still struggle.

Saw @ProFootballTalk say #Eagles looking for a safety. Belief is #Bucs Dashon Goldson and #Titans Michael Griffin can be had at right price

Either way, I'm sure a 31 year old receiver coming from a team with no hope will acclimate super fast to Chipper's smoothie-fueled power practice sessions.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Ravens ILB Arthur Brown is inactive again this week...that is a guy I would love to see the Birds go after in a trade

Rome

Jackson would be ideal in Chipper's offense.  He's huge and fast, two things they don't have at the moment in the receiving corps.

Their # 2 is going to be in the late fifties or early sixties anyway.  Are you really going to get someone as talented as him there?

Do it.

they arent trading for him....for a variety of reasons, namely his contract. stop playing madden gm, everyone. this is the real world.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

and youd have to cut jeff male (mail) or brad smith, not a huge thing, but they are good ST players and chip loves ST

A 4.43 forty is fast for a guy who is 6'5" and 230.   And who gives a flying farg if they give up a draft pick for him?  Again, what does this team typically get with a 2nd round draft pick in the bottom of the round?  Do they get a guy with his ability?  You guys are always whining that they have no playmakers at the WR position.  He's a playmaker.    Get.

i thought you were kidding about a second rounder....you are serious?

Devil's advocate.

I wouldn't give up that much, actually.  I would give up a four in a heartbeat, though.

Information broker extraordinaire Howard Eskin says he thinks things are bad with Herremans' arm...he's got a biceps injury.

ice grillin you

im not a doctor either but i dont think you can return to the game like he did with a torn biceps...which is what i would consider "thing being bad" in regards to that kind of injury

it looked to me like an elbow...but again what do i know....nothing
