If they get any pressure at all last week and this week...5-1 going into the bye

they just arent good. thats all there is to it. its not one of those if they do this, if they do this that things. they just arent.

and really its for the best. andy and vick leaving has to happen and this is how it goes down.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Eagles are on pace for 18 sacks. They had 50 last year.

Eagles had 20 sacks in 4 preseason games. They have 7 in 6 regular-season games.

I'd be fine with the lack of sacks if they were generating good pressure and making the QBs rush their throws...but they're not even close. Detroit bottled them up [when I played we'd call it being pinched] and the Eagles did nothing to adjust. They've gone away from the wide 9 and now we're seeing their mediocre pass rush. Babin you knew was a product of the wide 9 but players like Cole are complete non factors.

Eagles have had 93 consecutive kickoff returns less than 35 yards. Last 35-yarder or more was 41 yards by Jorrick Calvin at Titans in 2010.

they just do ALL of the little things poorly.  that is a sign of a team that is not well coached.

I know people will say I'm not a true fan and all that, but I think I am going to plan to do other things on Sunday from now until Reid and Co are gone. I wasn't so mad that they lost as I was with the fact I blew several hours of my weekend sitting their watching that tripe. I'll keep up by reading on the internet and the like, but with Reid at helm I see no reason for any additional investment of my time.

When hoping for an injury to #7 would make me happier than the outcome of the game....

I missed all or most of the last two games and it has been fantastic for my mental well being.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I spent the first five minutes of the game looking up computer parts for Dio, then spent the second quarter moving furniture. By overtime I was playing XCOM and listening to the game in the background.

This team is a black hole for enthusiasm.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Same here.  Out of town both weekends and I can't say I'm the least bit upset about missing the games.  In fact, the Giants game is the only game I've watched start to finish this year...was unpacking the moving truck against Cleveland and turned off the Cards at half time.  I'm not jumping ship, but this year I'll be much quicker to turn the game off or find something else to do than I have been in years passed.  They're just not much fun to watch this year.  Still, I'm going to Carolina and Cincy but that's for the sexual gratification I get from being so close to Havas rather than to actually watch the birds.
