Nike didn't receive a task order to go out and make a brand new eagles alternate of their liking.  They are making an exact replica of a jersey...I don't really see where it matters what manufacturers name is on it.... if it's farged up it's because the eagles approved it not cause Nike made it

also buried by the lead are the black helmets...I'm not really a fan of the black but I think the black helmet has a ton of potential to at the very least vastly improve the look and maybe even make it a good jersey

lol there is no chance that the new uniforms will be going back to 1980s unbreathable cotton jerseys or whatever material those things were made of.  that's advanced light years since the 1980s.  shtein they still wore those brain hemorrhage inducing helmets until the late 90s.

Lurie kept emphasizing "getting it right" and mentioned Randall/Reggie/Seth/Jerome etc. He commented about hearing the fans but the holdup with the helmets etc. so I think they'll get the Kelly greens as close as possible to the legit ones.

This tweet suggests Lurie seems to "get it". Maybe he'll get caught up in the moment and revert back Kelly green as the primary. The midnight green can be the alternate so his ex wife doesn't get pouty.

It matters because Nike has changed the actual midnight green color multiple times since they took over the jersey and famously were not able to match the color the first year.

Lurie also said he's going to make it as identical "as possible". No idea where you are getting that it means it will be EXACT down to the material used, etc. He literally said it won't happen this season because it's going to take Nike time to get the color working with their 2023 material.
