It's one thing not to care about money, but it's another thing entirely to willfully throw millions away.  There will likely be a rookie wage scale in 2012 (if there is even a draft), not to mention that he could definitely Matt Leinart himself out of the first pick.

I mean, seriously... if you're the consensus best prospect and #1 pick, you can go ahead and earn that degree in the off-season.

Dillen

I'd assume this makes them the favorite for the BCS Championship next year assuming Newton comes out, but who cares

Never underestimate the power of stubborn, willful stupidity.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

His contract won't be under the current CBA, it runs out before the draft.  Still there is always the risk of hurting himself or having a zesty year.

i didn't think about that.  the draft is the last thing to happen under the current CBA, so that makes sense.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Janoris Jenkins announced he's going back to Florida

Patrick Peterson, Julio Jones and AJ Green are in, so that'll help push someone down to the Eagles range

The Eagles are going to trade into the mid-high teens and draft an offensive lineman.
