I definitely think it was a good riddance thing...but I do feel bad for the passenger.

QuoteAn official toxicology report has revealed that late "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was drunk at the time of his fatal car crash early Monday morning.

Dunn's blood alcohol level was at .196, double the legal limit in Pennsylvania; he was found to be going between 132-140 mph when his car sped off the road, collided with a guardrail and was sent hurtling into the woods. Dunn had posted photos of himself drinking on Twitter just hours before the crash.

Also killed was his friend Zachary Hartwell, a 30-year old military veteran and friend of Dunn's.

On Monday, movie critic Roger Ebert posted a remark calling Dunn a jackass for drinking and driving; he later clarified, if not apologized for, the remark.

Stupid motherfarger.

What gets me is that the car apparently jumped OVER a guardrail (not that it would have made a difference). That's a pretty flat piece of road, so for a car to launch up a couple of feet like that...wow.

PhillyPhreak54

Wow - a buck forty on that road?!? Jeezus.

They're sweet rides though

ice grillin you

it flew 75 feet in the air...doesnt sound like a lot but thats ridiculous....its longer than a jorrick calvin kickoff return

holy shtein, igy.

I sympathize with the passenger more than the driver, but not much.  You hang with dogs, you get fleas.

He put his own drunk ass in the car of his super cool rich-guy semi-famous fully-blasted friend, so....ah,....yeah.  Not a lot of sympathy for either of them.  Glad they didn't run someone else down that night.

in response to people ripping this guy for what he did some jackass fanboy blogger wrote that if you are gonna bash this guy for being an idiot and drinking and driving then you have to bash soliders who die in the war for being idiots and volunteering for something that might ultimately kill them

im not making this up

There is a little truth to that logic.  But the obvious difference between the 2 is that people volunteer for the military because they beleive they are serving the greater good, same as cops, firefighters, etc.  This guy acted wrecklessly and irresponsibly and paid for it with his life along with taking the life of someone else.

Well, I guess it's not so obvious to the douche who wrote that, but I think pretty much everyone else gets it.

people are just totally batshtein farging crazy. there was a guy on one of the rip pages farging around with the "mourners" taking pics of hair, claiming it was authentic dunn hair from the crash site for sale. pretty funny, i thought. in the comment section, some brain surgeon commented "im at the crash site with a .22, where you at"..
