Did you have the same reaction I did?

No, never, thank God no.

SD, seriously? LOL.

Shelly is a gigantic Hoyda for backing down from Carkner with a 6-2 lead.

JJ brought up a good point....there was time left and the game was looking ugly...and the Sens heavyweight fighter was on the verge of leaving the penalty box.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Yes. They were up 4 goals and there was absolutely no reason to not drop the gloves other than he was scared.

It was a horrible point and he only brought it up because he's a homer and was trying to save face for Shelley. lol at believing that crock of shtein. I mean Carter and Giroux dropped em tonight for crying out loud. What was the point of having Shelley there? He backed down from Carkner simple and plain.

Isn't pretty much an unwritten rule that when two teams have two "heavyweight" fighters, those guys fight each other? If Shelley goes off there, Chris Neil can pretty much pick anyone of the Flyers to beat up on.

I want to see Shelley knock someone into next week at this point. I loathe this team.

ha

shelly bitched out so hard because carkner who is arguably the best fighter in the league would have knocked his old decrepit ass back to thunder bay...shelly at this point in his career is rocky working the room in his restaurant and hes a couple rungs above night night fedoruk...so basically he ducked carkner and waited for the middle weight neil....whenever they show a close up of shelly i actually get sad

Without clicking that link, I'm going to assume it's regarding another awesome Forsberg comeback attempt.

I didn't even think of hovering.  Now I feel stupid, when previously I felt smart/superior.

I have to admire Sassy's effort here.
