Yeah, McNabb threw those TD's (a.k.a. the one TD he threw) in the 1st quarter, just when his team really needed it.

What the farg game were you watching?  He played like ASS and the Eagles gifted the game to the skins.  But I agree on Reid whole-heartedly.

The BIGSTUD

Like overthrowing Armstrong wide open down the sideline or almost getting a pick to Bradley?

He sucked. Oh, and he also took a shot at the Eagles after the game in their locker room. Said something like "everyone is entitled to make a mistake, but you guys made a mistake on me" or something like that.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

QB Eagles

Blame Kolb for the missed passes, tentative play, and unnecessary checkdowns, but the INT at the end that bounced off of Avant's mitts? C'mon.

PhillyGirl

McNabb has slop to throw to other than Moss (who can't even carry DJax's jock) and Cooley.

Kolb has arguably the best WRs/TE team in the NFL and he couldn't do a God Damned thing.

McNabb's 2nd half completions were for 5 and 8 yards.  Let's discuss how neat he is.

Munson

Let's discuss how neat Kolb's numbers in that offense would be

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Yeah, I saw that too.  McNabb is a str8-up-bitch.  He'll give nothin but propers when he's being interviewed, but he'll be quick to take that jab at da Birdz when he has the chance...

FF, he was playing with the lead. That team actually uses the run in instances like that. Did he NEED to pass the ball long?

Yeah, putting the game out of reach of your opponent is useless.

PG, I get the Kolb hate, he's shown nothing special yet, but I think we can agree while signs don't point to him achieving shtein in his career, that it's still way to early to make the final judgment. The dude is just North of 10 quarters played in his ENTIRE career.

I think if McNabb was throwing deep balls in the 4th quarter up 17-6 in a game being dominated by the Eagles defense, we'd be killing Reid for not running the ball.

So McNabb has junk? Won't disagree but wtf does that have to do with missing wide open guys? And as much as I like the Eagles skill players they aren't worth a shtein if the line isn't playing well.  And it wasn't like Pimp and Maclin were wide open all game.

Not all game but pretty sure Troy and Buck pointed out at LEAST 3 plays where they were pretty wide open.

And again the oline wasn't great but Kolb had time to throw. Ample time in a few instances. And he either wasn't reading the defense or just couldn't make himself pull the trigger. And when he did throw, he looked pretty average...accurate and awesome on a few throws, horrible and off target on others. Didn't we just get rid of a guy like that

The o line despite jason peters and his bone head penalties actually played pretty well.
