they're starting the games later because it's 175 degrees out at midday in florida in september.

i wasn't going to go but i found out it's not going to be televised here in daytona so i have to go to that awful place one more time.

there is no reason. they had to move a couple games to 4 and they chose this and the taterskins one. somethings just are.

Due to the early CBS games, the late FOX games will only be televised basically in the mid-southeast, with the notable exceptions of Boston and most of NY state (including NYC). Guess they figured the Skins still draw in those areas. Maybe they figured out they can draw more potential eyeballs to the Dallas/Houston game at 1 than at 4, who knows. They'll be showing it across most of MA and the southwest.

Just a guess, without having access to the numbers they crunch.

The PHI@JAX game is a turd and may not be on outside of the Philly area (I doubt it will be on in JAX).
