Well, since I'm not bashful about my loyalties, I've had to answer a lot of questions in Chitown about how bad are the Eagles gonna suck.  My stock answer through this week was I have no idea;  everyone's new, and the oline is a mess.  They could go 2-14 or 10-6, who knows?

Now we got a pretty good idea.  Yikes.

It's been said here already but deserves repeating.......bad game plan for the young QB doomed Kolb's effectiveness early in that game.

I get the coaching staff wanted to protect the young QB however they did him no favors by not letting him get into a rhythm.  He played two good games last year without being fancy and shuttling in Vick.  They didn't have to do that today.

That is all on the coaches.

Props to the defensive coaches.  All in all the D played a good game.

No one on this board has ever said McNabb was the sole reason.  I don't think you will find any Reid apologists on this board.  He definitely makes some dumb calls....like today.

I've wanted Reid gone longer then I've wanted them to get rid of McNabb. All they've done is get rid of half the problem.

At least McNabb is looking like McNabb up in Washington if that's vindication to anyone...

I am now 100% sold that the fat ass is the reason this team never won a SB.  This shtein just gets worse every year.  The only thing saving him today is that there were so many bad games during week 1.

Pick a farging QB and play him. Stop this in and out bullshtein. One thing I didn't notice when I was at the game but noticed watching the replay was every play Kolb looks to the sideline confused as to whether or not he should come out. What an added farging annoyance when you're worried about running an offense.

I'm aboard the Kolb boat whether it sinks or sails, but there's zero doubt in my mind this team makes it further with Vick this season than it does with him.

Vick makes them a wild card team in the very least. Teams have to account for his legs too. He's not the best QB in the league but he's more experienced than Kolb and yesterday showed his decision making isn't as bad as it was 5 years ago.
