on the new taunting rule, absolute bullshtein. another example of the ncaa master trying to control the player slaves.

on the big ten expansion, while i love the idea of ND and RU being invited i would've really liked to have seen pitt on that list. regardless as DH stated RU being brought in makes tremendous sense considering the NYC/metro market, which central jersey is a part of. i live close enough to beautiful trenton and know plenty of people from the general area of central NJ to realize as much as well as when i see all of the guidos sporting their yankees/mets & giants stuff there. disgusting actually but whatever so i highly doubt RU home conference games would not be played at RU stadium.

Yea, OK, Toddy. The $102 million expansion will just fall by the wayside now that the Big 10 is calling.

Obviously, the Big 10 wants to expand its footprint, and with RU entering, that footprint doesn't just extend into Piscataway, dummy. With RU in the B10, the conference would now have that footprint in the NYC/Metropolitan area - regardless of whether they played at Rutgers Stadium, Yankee Stadium, New Meadowlands or anywhere for that matter.

Seriously dude - if you plan on being a bigtime sports writer, you may want to have a small idea as to what you're talking about. Just saying.

im so sorry i didnt research rutgers stadium expansion before making fun of that loser jersey school. oh how irresponsible and thoughtless of me. im so sorry.

anyway, expansion or not, im willing to bet than some games are moved up there. perhaps not every big game, perhaps not every year. but some games will. theres too much $ to be made, especially with that new stadium. it could be some kind of non conference rutgers/nd game since we all know nd isnt joining the big 10, or it could be some useless game against a pos team like temple or something.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Says the kid who went to Temple - a school where anyone with a pulse can get into. Possibly if you went to a real school such as the one in discussion, you wouldn't be stuck in zesty Brownsville.

MDS

actually temple has significantly raised its academic standards over the years. i know a lot of kids who didnt get in, not that im kind of shining beacon of knowledge but the school has vastly improved since the mid 90s when you were making your decision of where to go.

also its not in central jersey, which incredibly is a worse off place than north philly.

but not to drag this pointless debate out again, jewface, i will see you the meadowlands in sunmos box for rutgers/syracuse in october 2014.

I've got my own box at Rutgers, but thanks anyway. I'd invite you up there for a game, but you went to Temple, so yea. Sorry.

Will you two just kiss already?
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

my favorite Todd retreat tactic is when he tries to sound smart with something that is totally wrong, somebody calls him out on it, then he acts as if the topic is stupid and he doesn't really care.

hey jew, that "loser Jersey school" is about 100 steps up from what you're covering is mexicoville, texas.  i wouldn't shtein on anything right now.

epic fail.

why ?

1- because it's simply not true.

2- because someone from philly's south central, aka cheltenham should know better.

so anywho, DH, do you foresee RU jumping on the invite ? IMo they should be all over it. the exposure would help them in many ways including recruitting. which in turn would probably hurt PSU.  :-\

I hear that Mizzou and Nebraska are the 2 front runners to join the Big 10.  My question is, should this happen, does the Big 10 become the Big 12 and the Big 12 become the Big 10?

LOL @ jew on jew crime.

As proud as I am of the steps the program has taken over the last 5 years, you've gotta remember where they came from. This is a team that won 1 or 2 games a year, year after year until Schiano came over from Miami..They lost to New Hampshire and Buffalo at home during his first year, not to mention losing 80-7 to WVU, among a bevy of other embarrassing loses to schools who shouldnt have even had enough students to field teams. To get an invite to the Big 10 only 5 years after the schools first bowl appearance in 30 years is something no one affiliated with RU thought would ever happen, and an opportunity they must and will jump on.
