It's the playoffs and the Phillies are playing.  Who are the Eagles again?

yeah what the farg....this is totally a dvr situation....you watch the playoff game and you dvr the awful regular season football game....and if you dont like watching football via dvr then the eagles get last channel button status during commercials....this isnt even a decision

or you could take advantage of the rare occasion of the phillies and eagles being on at the same time and watch em both live and enjoy the result

its impossible to watch two sporting events at the same time....plus when you do that you dont hear get to listen to either of them....theres tons of variables but in cases like sunday nite where you have to see both games it goes in this order

1. watch one....dvr the other.......try to avoid seeing the score.....then watch afterwards
2. last channel flippage
3. two tvs at home (real tv's...no computer bullshtein)
4. sports bar

and this is coming from someone who lives for sports bars.

how do you even do that these days....cause you cant use rabbit ears anymore....do you have multiple cable hookups in the same room?

Sure you can. In fact it's clearer than ever. I use split screen with cable/antena all the time since the network HD channels are over air broadcast.
