jc has been awful lately, no doubt

basically heres his season
4/23 to 8/1 -- pretty good to solid
8/5 to 8/12 -- awful
8/21 to 9/4 -- really good
9/5 to now -- awful

i think he needs to make a quick pit stop at the gnc.

If it weren't for being in the fantasy baseball playoffs in my league, i would have completely forgot about the Phillies playing today. Goddamn I missed the NFL.


Just turned it on to see RoyO make a nice diving stop on a ball. Nice.

As long as one Roy is throwing complete game shut outs, the other is allowed to give up 3 runs a game.
