would you feel better if they were losing 10-9
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

LBIggle

actually yeah.  halladay is allowed to have a bad start.  and at least the offense would be doing something worth a shtein going into a pennant race.  the pitchers are allowed to make zero mistakes with this offense like this.  that's only going to last for so long before the offense has to pick them up.  I know Kuroda had a history of doing this against them.. but shtein ya gotta show some life sometime.  maybe.

Don Ho

Note to Doc:

Don't worry.  This team's bats get really hot in August.  (of 2007, 2008 and 2009 that is).

1 farging hit.  How many in San Diego total, like 12.  YA TEAM!

The crowd did not seem that loud tonight, at least on the Dodger Prime Ticket.  I kept imagining how nuts CBP would be if a phils pitcher had a no hitter after 7 1/3.

Oh, and farg you japs.  And farg you Barajas.

they were hot.  until they got the whole gang back together.  at some point people gotta start getting benched. and by people I mean the beloved utley Rollins Howard werth.  mix it up.   if their going to rely on pitching anyway it can't hurt since your basically getting absolutely nothing out of the current lineup.

I am happy I stayed awake to watch that slop.

KDS is like Karl Rove of the Phillies thread.

The Giants choked at home against the Rockies, and the Cardinals got 2-hit by Happ, so the Phils stay 2 up

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

If I laugh at this, is it because:

a.  It's legitimately funny and relevant.
b.  I'm secretly friends with Munson
c.  To piss off Todd
d.  The Eagles should have kept Shawn Andrews

Don Ho

Giants and Cards as bad as the bums.  Thank god.
