I'm 100% AGAINST him rushing back like this. Especially with a hand injury.

he pretty much did the same thing when he broke his hand.  he went 0fer in the minors then came back and was good.  he's ok to swing a bat so if he can contribute sooner without having to do the normal soft toss, hitting off a tee, only play a couple of innings baby steps, then fine.  howards due to come off the DL tuesday but he's pretty much the only one who thinks he will.  still though getting them both back next week is huge.

lol at Pat Misch, that guy didn't lick his fingers like a pitcher normall does. They had a shot of his with four fingers back to his molars seemingly scraping the junk off his tongue.

misplayed the ball on the fly then on the bounce and it got by him. luckily halladay is the farging terminator.

Vic misplayed a bounce on a base hit and got an error. Ball hit the grass and kind of died and rolled past him, didn't hop up like it normally should.

i'm pretty sure burrell would burn sweeney in a foot race.  and it wouldn't be close.
