ibanez is a liability in the field....werth can play center but its not his strong suit and he is tailor made for a corner spot...keeping victorino in cenetr allows everyone to play their normal positions....theres no possible way the phillies ever go with a defensive outfield of ibanez in left werth in center and hof brown in right

theres also the matter of shane being a switch hitter...take his part time rh bat out of the lineup and replace with another LH and you are over flowing the lineup with lh bats...not a good look
