I know its not a video game, and I know there's a snowballs chance in hell that Lee comes back.

But they could package Vic.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I'll have to go see who is realistically available. But I believe he could be a valuable piece and a way to get HOF Brown up here and keep Werth.

I'd wish they'd cut bait on Raul...his bat is slower than hell

MDS

they just singed vic to an extension and he is far from the problem

he is not getting traded. he is a frustrating but overall solid to above average player.

the problem was for an extended period of time, for unexplainable reasons, they werent hitting with runners in scoring position. then chase utley and placido polanco got hurt. now they are kind of a crappy team.

its lookin like its not in the cards this year. no panic trade is going to save that. not even calling up hof brown will but obviously it sure wouldnt hurt to try.

I don't know if they will make a panic trade, but you can be sure they will make a trade to keep them in the division race. There is no chance they just concede and let themselves fade away. It depends on what you consider a panic trade. I just hope they don't give up Brown, Cosart, Singleton for someone like Tejada who will only be here for a few months. Brown is pretty much untouchable, but I don't even give up the latter two for a rental bat.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Don Ho

2 more with the Bucs, 3 with Atl and 4 with Cincy.  Enough games to make up some ground before the All-Star break.  Losing 2 to Pittsburgh and being shutout by a dude that hasn't won a game in almost a year is not a good start.

Really wanted to see Moyer win and get the whole All-Star worthy thing going.
"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

QB Eagles

went to the game and got blitzed after

cant believe i paid to watch the bucs shutout half of the phillies

when we old yeller ibanez please line up dobbs behind him. i cant figure out how he is still playing baseball

only positive was that i walked around pittsburgh bars for hours (even across town from the stadium) wearing a phillie jersey and hat and got cheered everywhere with only one negative comment the whole night. pretty sure pirate fandom is officially dead.

Tejada is trash and no one is going to give up anything of real value to get him so the fact that you are afraid we might give up 3 of the top prospects in baseball for him makes me lol

Remember when they were on pace to have 5 players starting in the AS game plus Halladay?  Now they're gonna be lucky to have two representatives even though Charlie is the coach.  Chase will be there since he was voted in, but who else deserves to go?  Ryan?

I think Father Time deserves to go.

season saved....Cody Ransom is up from LV (and Bocock was DFAed)

Infuriating.  God forbid they use some of those runs in the previous two games.

Because, as we all know, in sports you can save runs or points you don't need in one game and apply them to the next.
