This is a very archaic way of doing the math, but according to google...the average ticket at CBP is 31 dollars, and capacity is 43,647....which means every sell out on average brings in $$1.35 million in ticket revenue alone....

But, Cliff Lee's 9 million was just too much.

Every time I see Lee pitch I go all Michael Douglas ala Gordon Gecko and have to restrain myself from throwing a paper weight thru the TV.  Lee has that look on the mound like "farg all of you".  I love it.

what a gift call but gload deserves it for wasting away on the bench all year...not just saying this because of tonight but i dont understand why he doesnt get more at bats...if they make the playoffs he will be a very valuable guy and he needs to stay sharp..play him every once in a while for ibanez
