So apparently Ruiz is hurt but not hurt enough to DL and they called up another catcher, the fellas who caught the DUI in Clearwater this spring, Sardinha.

And to make room for him, they DFA'd Mathieson. Seriously? He has options left and they leave him out there to be claimed after sicking with him for two TJ surgeries.
